Terry is a "serial entrepreneur” who has founded and managed seven successful companies and raised $500M in capital for them. He's best known as the co-founder & CEO of HomeGrocer.com which he led to $400M in sales and 2500 staff before selling it in June of 2000 for $1.1B. Terry won the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Pacific Northwest. Greatly enjoying both the art and science of start-ups, Terry is a founding member of the University of Washington's Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a regular guest speaker.
Joe Petrucci, President
Joe joined Count Me In™ in 2002. He is currently responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and strategy. Joe has previously served as Vice President of Sales at the Cobalt Group, the globally dominant provider of e-business technology solutions in the automotive industry. Prior to Cobalt, Joe spent 9 years at Etak, Inc. – a then News Corporation and Sony Subsidiary – in a variety of roles, including Director of Internet Sales, Division Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Vice President of North American Sales.

Joe brings a wealth of technology experience and was hand picked by our founder based on his work at HomeGrocer.com. Joe has previously served as CTO, Development Director, Development Manager and Systems Architect at leading technology companies, including HomeGrocer.com, Cendant, AT&T, and Boeing.
Ami Paschal, VP, Account & Client Services
Ami has been working exclusively in the internet marketing field since 1996. Prior to joining Arena Group, she started her own Internet Marketing consultancy and previously served as Director of Operations for the Cobalt Group, a 400-employee software and internet marketing company based in Seattle, WA.
Tom Phillips, VP, Marketing
Tom has over 20 years experience creating and marketing innovative product, technology and service offerings. Tom spent 17 years at Nike and went on to lead their world-wide children's division for over 10 years. After Nike, Tom has served as a C level strategic marketing guru and has led various marketing projects and programs at large companies including Disney and has served as Vice President of Marketing at Front Porch Classics, World2Market and Kinetix Living.
Debi Nordstrom, CFO
Debi began her career with Price Waterhouse and formed a financial, accounting, and general business consulting firm in 1986. She has assisted numerous early stage companies in forming finance departments and establishing policies, procedures, and internal controls. She has worked with many clients through M&A transactions & accounting system conversions, acting as controller and CFO.
Ken Deering, VP, Business Development
Ken is a seasoned executive who previously co-founded Ramp Technology Group LLC and HomeGrocer.com. Ken has held several key senior management positions in online services and technology companies, including VP Business Development, VP Storefront, VP Operations, and General Manager.
